Return Policy

Return Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please keep all original tags and packaging. Worn and damaged items will not be accepted as returned items. If an item - after investigation by our Quality Control team is completed and deemed unfit for a refund -  is desired to be resent to the customer, shipping cost will need to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@COTU.store with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including tags, and attach the return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns within the U.S., we offer a free return label. 

Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@COTU.store. We will guide you through the exchange process, and any applicable shipping fees will be communicated at that time.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@COTU.store. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
